All medical schools require letters of evaluation/recommendation. A letter of Evaluation/Recommendation are letters written about a student to be accessed or evaluated in any college(s) based on their competencies and performance. These includes Service Orientation, Social Skills, Cultural Competence, Teamwork, Oral Communication, Ethical Responsibility to Self and Others, Reliability and Dependability, Resilience and Adaptability, Capacity for Improvement, Critical Thinking, Quantitative Reasoning, Scientific Inquiry, Written Communication, Living Systems, and, Human Behavior. These letters are written by Professor(s) of Science, Professor(s) in your Major, Professor(s) or a Supervisor from a Clinical Experience, Research Experience Supervisor(s).

Note: These letters must be submitted to your college through the AACOMAS application or directly to the schools using alternative services indicated by each school in the college information section of this book.
